Lance has been married to his wife Laura for going on 44 years (as of 2026) He has one son, Drew and two grandchildren, Sawyer and Sullivan. Lance is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University and David Lipscomb University. He has worked full time with two congregations of the Lord's church: Atwood, TN (1982-1989); Calvert City, KY (1989-2023). Lance is an great encourager, avid reader, and excellent mentor.
